Poggio ai Mandorli - Chianti Classico DOCG Riserva
This wine, so distinctive in character, is produced from the vinyards of the “Poggio ai Mandorli” estate, using 90% Sangiovese grapes, together with a small addition of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for more than 18 months in oak casks, it is refined with an additional for four more months in the bottle.
An intense ruby red colour, with delicate flashes of maroon, it offers a complex, elegant bouquet giving hints of violet and wild berries. The taste is warm and conforting, with soft, noble tannins that endow the wine with an allurgin, persistent character. Especially admired as an ideal wine for meditation, it also goes well with dishes of meat, noble game and well aged cheeses.

The wine-making process used to obtain this particular wine involves the use of hand-picked, fully ripe 80% Sangiovese of Tuscany with 15% Cabernet-Sauvignon and 5% Syrah grapes, which are selected with the utmost care, then left to ferment into wine for long periods along with extensive soaking of their skins. Here we have a wine of excellent body; it is first left to mature for 18 months in little French oak kegs and then in bottles, allowing it to acquire a truly exceptional smoothness and harmony in its blend of taste.
It is a dark, ruby red wine, with the slightest of garnet-coloured reflections; its bouquet is intense and composite, and extremely refined with predominant spicy notes; the taste of this wine is dry, warm, austere, elegant and harmonious, which is rounded off by a midly lingering and long-lasting aftertaste of toasted almonds and berry fruits. This wine will make the finest of impression at the most elegant and demanding of dining tables, as an accompaniment to roasts of red meat, to game and to matured cheeses. To be drunk at a temperature of 20° C.

Badiolo - Chianti DOCG Riserva
Was produced exclusively from Sangiovese grapes from the most fitting production areas. Given its marked characteristics this Chianti DOCG has been matured for over a year in oak barrels and then refined in bottles for about four months, thus enhancing its bouquet and refining its body and smoothness.
Its ruby red colour with grenadine reflexes, intense and very typical bouquet and balanced structure makes it suitable, if served at a temperature of 20°C., to be served with roast meats and spicy cheeses.

Brunello di Montalcino is a world famous wine obtained by the vinification of Sangiovese grapes only. After aging in oak barrels of different sizes for at least 2 years it refines in bottle for 5 to 6 months. It is most appreciated for its intense ruby red colour with slight garnit reflections, it is intense and persistent in the nose with hints of durmast, elegant and austere in the mouth. With a great personality, it is best accompanied with roasted and grilled meats, game and mature cheeses.

The Vernaccia of San Gimignano has been the first italian wine to obtain the D.O.C. Denomination (DPR 3/3/66). It is made from the grapes of the Vernaccia vines and becomes wine, in the town of San Gimignano, as prescribed by production regulations.
A straw-coloured wine with a fine and clear scent, dry and aromatic with a pleasing after taste: because of its strong and peculiar characteristics is especially good as aperitif and to accompany hors d’oeuvres and fish dishes.
So as to fully appreciate the wine best organilogical qualities, it is advised to be served naturally cool and at a temperature of 12°-13° C. Vines: 100% Vernaccia of San Gimignano.

Poggio ai Mandorli - Sangiovese di Toscana “barriccato” IGT
This wine, with a strong personality, is made from 90% Sangiovese grapes and a small amount Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It is matured for 10 months in French barriques and aged in the bottl for a short time in order to favour a full bouquet rich in fine tannins, a dark ruby red colour and a full, austere and elegant flavour with clear notes of wild berries and excellent final taste persistence.
Highly esteemed as a wine for sipping, it also goes well with game, fine meats and strong cheeses. The bottle should be uncorked an hour before serving at a temperature of about 20°C.
